and $50 for Two Personal Training Sessions
Some days, you'd rather throw a punch than punch a time sheet. Don't KO your boss, grab today's Loot. (There's less jail time involved.)
We're offering three boxing or kickboxing boot camp classes for $24 (reg. $85) or a 6-pack for $45 (reg. $210) at WORK: Elite Personal Training.
Mix and match your workout: Both classes begin with an intense warm-up sesh. In kickboxing class, you'll do a series of kicking, punching, combination shots, and manual resistance training. The one-hour boxing class focuses on proper technique, including defensive movements and a bit of foot work. You'll burn loads of calories in either class, all the while toning your body, improving your balance, and strengthening your core.
If you're in need of more one-on-one attention, grab two one-hour personal training sessions for $50 (reg. $170). Each session is customized to your goals and abilities, resulting in a high-intensity workout that will whip you into shape at your own speed.

"My trainer was Cliff, He makes me work really hard and pushes me to correct my boxing form. Would recomend him for anyone who wants personal training and boxing lessons."
From Yelp (where WORK has a 4.5 star rating from 19 reviews):
"I am thrilled with this new gym. All of the amenities -- clean & state of the art -- and none of the hassles! It is easy to get in and out of this location and the members are serious about fitness. Everyone is just the right degree of friendly -- not pushy, not poseur-y, and not just there to show off their gym outfits! I have been training with Alberto for approximately 2 years and he is an incredible coach. He always has a different routine to put me through, so it is never boring and I actually enjoy getting in shape! I highly reccommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a low key atmosphere in which to learn boxing, start a general workout routine, or enhance their current regimen with the help of expert trainers. It's the best!" - Shana R. (2/7/10)
