From Yelp (where Little Shop of Crafts has a 4.5 star rating from 19 reviews):
"Great date place! (even though the two dates we saw looked miserable. I think it was the people, not the place!) Great place to throw a party! Great place to exercise your creative brain muscles and create something!" - JennyKayt C. (3/6/11)
"Little Shop of Crafts is loads of fun. You can even make jewelry or a wannabe Build-A-Bear type stuffed animal. This place is mainly geared towards families with young children but is perfectly suitable for teens and adults. They even have wine nights." - Rachel A. (3/14/11)
"If you would like to have more than complimentary vino, just pick up a bottle from Gotham Wines around the block, or a sixer from the bodega across the street, and the friendly but not overbearing staff at Little Shop of Crafts will be happy to provide openers and cups. Oh and there was fun music, too! I am seriously considering having my birthday here this year. There's a back room that I would love to take over with 20 friends and have food and drinks and music and art-ing in! There are more craft options like jewelry, some paint a t-shirt/build a bear thing,..Check out their website for details :)" - Kate F. (2/2/11)
"I came here with my girlfriends one day, just so we would have something to do on a rainy day. Well, let me tell you this was the most fun I have had in a while. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, and they made us feel right at home. On top of it all I walked away with a beautiful mug that I get to drink my coffee out of every morning. This is a great place to come if you're in need for a gift, or you just want to have a good time with your friends. Don't be fooled this isn't just for kids, this place is for people of all ages!!! I can't wait to go back."
"There is something for everyone in the family or any of your friends to do. It is a great date place in the evenings and they even have Wine & great music!"
"Great place to spend time. Abundance of materials, helpful staff, fun atmosphere. Allows for an environment of creativity without any sense of being judged, watched or under a time restriction. Lovely!"
